IAH – Episode 65 – Nancy Colier

One of the most important issues facing nearly everyone in the Western world is the onset of technology addiction. It’s effecting all of us. It’s so bad that we literally gather together in person yet don’t engage, we stare at our phones. Nancy Colier came on the podcast this week to talk about her new book ‘The Power of Off – The Mindful Way to Stay Sane in A Virtual World.” Nancy is a brilliant and thoughtful psychotherapist and spiritualist who has a really well rounded and realistic view of how to tackle this problem and what the core symptoms are. I could have talked to Nancy for hours about what we’re seeing around us, what I’m experiencing in my own life and what to do about it. I hope you enjoy the episode and I’m sure most of you can relate with it.
